Flip-It! Guess the picture! is developed by KosmoGames Studios. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

We do not collect personal data

Flip-It! Guess the picture! does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. The app does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email address, and does not track your location.

Anonymous usage statistics

To help us fix bugs and improve the game (for example, identifying images that are too hard to guess, or measuring how often players complete a round), the app sends a small set of anonymous usage events to our own servers. These events contain:

• The action taken (e.g. game started, image guessed correctly, purchase completed)
• Game settings used (category, difficulty, duration, solo vs. teams mode)
• App version, platform, and language
• A random identifier created fresh for every single event. It is never stored on your device, so two events can never be tied together or to you. It is not an advertising identifier, and is not linked to your Google or Apple account, your email, or any personal information.

These events are sent only to KosmoGames Studios servers. We do not share them with third-party analytics or advertising networks.

The app has no account and no setting for these statistics. To stop them entirely, uninstall the app.

Crash reports

If the app crashes, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics, a service run by Google, so we can find and fix the bug. A report contains the technical state of the app at the moment of the crash (which code was running), the device model, the operating system version, and an identifier created when the app is installed (it is reset if you reinstall the app).

A crash report contains no name, no contact information, no location, and nothing you typed or saw in the game. Crash reports are used only to fix bugs, never for advertising. See Google’s Firebase privacy information for details on how Google handles this data.

No ads

The app contains no advertisements and no third-party ad networks.

In-app purchases

The app offers optional paid category packs through Google Play or the App Store. All purchases are processed by Google or Apple. We do not handle or store any payment or billing information. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy or Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

This app is designed for children and families. We take children's privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, or from any user. There are no chat features, no user-generated content, no third-party advertising networks, no third-party analytics beyond the crash reports described above, and no social media integrations in this app.

The anonymous usage statistics and crash reports described above contain no names, no contact information, and no precise location: only the in-app action taken, game settings, and the technical state of the app.

Device permissions

The app uses the following device features:

• Accelerometer — to detect phone tilt for gameplay. This data is used locally and never transmitted.
• Vibration — for haptic feedback during gameplay.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
