BrainSpark is developed by KosmoGames Studios. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. BrainSpark is a collection of tiny hand-gesture games for children, and is fully playable offline on your device.
BrainSpark does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. The app has no account or sign-in, never asks for your name, email address, or phone number, and does not track your location. Your game preferences (such as the chosen language or the last age group you browsed) are saved only on your own device.
To help us fix bugs and improve the games (for example, understanding which games are played most, or how often a round is completed), the app sends a small set of anonymous usage events to our own servers. These events contain:
These events carry no device identifier — no UUID, no Advertising ID, and nothing tied to your Google account, email, or any personal information — so they cannot be used to identify you or your device. They are sent only to KosmoGames Studios servers. We do not share them with third-party analytics or advertising networks. The app remains fully playable offline; anonymous events are simply queued and sent the next time a connection is available.
Because these events carry no identifier whatsoever, they cannot be traced back to a person or a device, and there is nothing for us to link, profile, or attribute to any user.
Although BrainSpark is a hand-gesture game, the gestures are made with your own hands in the air — the app does not use the camera, does not take photos or video, and does not use the microphone. It does not request access to any of these features.
BrainSpark contains no advertisements and no third-party ad networks. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewing charges of any kind. No subscriptions. No ads. Ever.
BrainSpark is designed for children and families. We take children's privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, or from any user. There are no chat features, no user-generated content, no third-party advertising or analytics networks, and no social media integrations in this app.
The anonymous usage statistics described above contain no names, no contact information, no device identifier, and no precise location — only the in-app action taken and game settings — so they cannot be linked to any child or family.
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
